What you need to know

Flex Pass vs Ticket : What’s the difference?

“Ticket”

  • What it is: A single-use pass for one specific trip.

  • How it works: When a passenger buys a ticket, they select their exact travel date, departure time, origin, and destination upfront. A seat is immediately held for them on that specific bus.

  • Best for: One-off travelers, tourists, or passengers with fixed, unchanging travel schedules.

“Flex Ticket”

  • What it is: A prepaid reservation that is valid for a year from date of purchase.

  • How it works: When a passenger buys a Flex Ticket, they don't pick their travel date right away. Instead, they get a Flex Ticket code that they can just show the driver anytime in which the route specified in the flex pass is scheduled. Learn more about our schedules here…

  • Best for: Passengers who need the flexibility to choose their exact trips at the last minute.
