To cancel your ticket, you must call 778-763-4155 at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip to guarantee a full refund. We DO NOT issue refunds should you miss your trip or failed to show up on boarding time.

Request to Reschedule a Ticket

Did you have a sudden change of plans? Call 778-763-4155 to reschedule your ticket. We allow moving tickets to a different future date subject to the following condition:

your ticket has not been redeemed. Each ticket can only be used ONCE. When you board the vehicle, you are required to present your ticket to the driver.
your ticket has not expired. Except for Flex Tickets, tickets automatically expire a day after the scheduled trip set on the ticket.
you did not miss a trip. Passengers who fail to show up on the scheduled trip are marked as No Show. This means that you cannot request for a cancellation nor rescheduling of ticket.
