OUR STORY
Founded in 2021, Tahltan NST Bussing Ltd. (TNST) was born from a shared vision to redefine transportation in Northern British Columbia. As a powerhouse joint venture between the Tahltan Nation Development Corporation (TNDC) and Northern Spirit Transportation (NST), we combined the deep-rooted heritage of the Tahltan Nation with industry-leading transportation expertise.

Locally owned and operated in Prince George since 2003, Northern Spirit Transportation (NST) is a leader in navigating the unique challenges of Northern B.C.’s geography. From its origins as a modest charter service to a robust fleet of over 50 specialized vehicles—including highway coaches and industrial buses—NST has proven its mettle on the world stage, including supporting the Vancouver Olympics.
With over two decades of expertise in employee logistics and industrial contracts, NST provides the technical "know-how" and specialized safety systems required for Canada’s most demanding roadways. Their commitment to operational excellence and long-standing history of successful Indigenous partnerships forms the operational backbone of our joint venture.
