Yes, please book in advance to guarantee a seat. If the bus is full, you won’t be able to travel.

Online: You can buy tickets online up to 24 hours before departure.
By phone: Call at least 3 hours before departure. Phone bookings are available daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 778 - 763- 4155.
Stations departing earlier than 8:30 must be booked via phone before 5:00 PM the day prior or buy your ticket online.

Have your full name, email address, travel date and time, and a credit card ready.

Yes. Bring a government-issued photo ID. Without ID, you may not be allowed to board.

Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. The bus cannot wait for late passengers, and missed trips are not refunded.

Changes and cancellations must be done by phone at 778 - 763- 4155. Call at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
Passengers are not entitled to refund for No Shows or missed trips.

No. BC Bus North is cashless. We only accept credit cards as payment method. We recommend booking at least 1 hour prior to station departure to board the bus.

No. If you book in advance, we’ll email you a confirmation. You can show it on your phone. In the confirmation email is a QR Code that you need to show the driver to board the bus.
If you don’t have the QR Code, show the driver your valid ID to verify identity.

You may bring 1 carry-on bag and up to 2 checked bags.

Must be no larger than 51 cm x 23 cm x 40 cm (20″ x 9″ x 16″)—about the size of an airline carry-on.
Carry-on bags must fit safely in the overhead bin or under the seat.

Maximum size per bag: 61 cm x 114 cm x 61 cm (24″ x 45″ x 24″).
Maximum weight per bag: 23 kg (50 lb).
Please label your checked bags with your name and contact information.
Household moving items and any explosive or dangerous goods are not permitted.

Yes. Riders under 17 must travel with a guardian who is 18 or older.
Children under 5 ride free when traveling with a guardian.

Yes. BC Bus North may refuse boarding in certain situations—for example, anyone who appears intoxicated may be denied boarding under our zero-tolerance drugs and alcohol policy.
Yes. BC Bus North currently does not accept passengers to board the bus without any bookings despite offering to pay cash. It is best to book via call or online to buy a ticket before the bus departs from the station.

Unfortunately, not all vehicles are wheelchair accessible. To confirm if you can reserve a wheelchair space, please call 778 - 763- 4155 at least 72 hours before your trip.
